Who can take part
Our giveaways are open to Pumpkin followers who meet Snapchat's minimum age requirement in their country. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you taking part.
How winners are chosen and contacted
Winners are picked by Pumpkin and contacted only from our official account @pumpkinofficial. We never contact winners from any other account, and we never ask winners to pay, share their password or share a code sent by Snapchat.
The prize
The prize is 1 month of Snapchat+, delivered to the Snapchat username entered when redeeming. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or resold.
Claiming your prize
- To check you're a real person, we send a free code (4 or 6 digits) by SMS to the phone number you enter. You type it on this site to finish your claim. It's the only code we will ever ask you for.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days after the winners are announced.
- One prize per person: each phone number and each Snapchat username can only claim once.
- Every claim is checked against our list of winners before the prize is delivered. We can refuse any claim that looks fraudulent, for example from someone who didn't win, or several accounts used by the same person.
Delivery
Once your claim is checked, we deliver your prize within 72 hours. You can follow your claim anytime on the claim status page with the reference you received.
Your data
When you redeem, we collect your Snapchat username, your phone number, your mobile operator and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to prevent fraud. We use your phone number and operator to send your verification code, and your phone number to deliver your prize and to contact you about it. They are only passed to our SMS provider to send that code. We never sell your data.
Your phone number and IP data are deleted 90 days after your claim is closed. We keep your username as a record of the prize delivered. To see or delete your data, email contact@snapplus.tech.
Spotted a scam?
If anyone asks you for money, your password or a code sent by Snapchat in our name, it's a scam. Our only code is the one we text you while redeeming on this site, and we never ask for it in DMs. Don't reply, and report it to us at contact@snapplus.tech.
